The Mezz

Opening in April 2026

Michigan Central is expanding our collaboration and meeting room footprint with new space on the mezzanine floor of The Station. Companies looking to increase innovation in their businesses can integrate into the network here to accelerate their progress. They’ll work alongside startups supported by our venture platform, Newlab, to advance mobility, manufacturing, and energy, as well as government leaders, nonprofits, artists, investors, and many other innovators.

Business Retreats and Meetings

The Boardroom in the Newlab at Michigan Central building and The Retreat on The Mezz in The Station both offer a suite of flexible spaces for meetings and work sessions. Each features a large conference room with the option for breakout rooms, snack bar, and collaboration with the Michigan Central and Newlab teams to design and facilitate custom workshops.
